Atlas Fitness Camp is your solution for permanent fitness success. Featuring the ‘Forty-Two Minute Fitness’ program, created and conducted by, Exercise Physiologist, Joey Atlas – you will be guided and coached through each 42-minute exercise session in a friendly, fun and supportive atmosphere.

Atlas Fitness Camp is located inside the Realty Executives building at 1637 Race Track Rd (next to Applebee’s) in the Julington Creek area.
I currently have 3 openings (5 have already been reserved) for the 5:45am – Mon., Wed., Fri., Fitness Camp series. The 5am and 12 noon time slots are already booked.
[NOTE – we are also creating a waiting list for several other ‘Fitness Camp’ time slots (morning, afternoon and evening) that will be opening up in the next few weeks.]
The regular rate for this program is $105 per week – but I am offering a Pre-Holiday Special which brings the rate down to only $60 per week. (*Part of this may be paid for by your health-care insurance plan.*)
You will also have the option of locking in this special rate, after you complete your first 12-week Fitness Camp, if you wish to continue.

Atlas Fitness Camp FAQ's
1) What happens if I’m going to miss some training sessions due to travel, etc…?
- Your long term success will partially depend on your commitment to your fitness habits even when ‘you are on the road’. You will have access to the Atlas Library of Home/Travel Fitness DVDs to take with you when you travel – these programs can be done in any hotel room and will prevent you from ‘falling off the program’.
There will also be 2 or 3 ‘extra’ training sessions in every 12 week series to allow you to get in a few that you may have missed. Additionally, you will not lose your spot when you do travel – your spot is reserved for when you return from the road.
2) What type of clothing should I wear?
- Atlas Fitness Camp is a high class operation. Save the thong outfit and low cut jog bra for fun evenings at home. During training sessions you (both men and women) will find yourself in numerous compromising positions.
To avoid embarrassing situations, please dress appropriately. If you wear loose jogging shorts – a pair of spandex type biking shorts under them is perfect, etc., etc…
3) What happens at the end of the 12-week series?
- Atlas Fitness Camp is structured to be your long term fitness solution, as most people need this type of element to stay focused and committed to permanent fitness success.
You will always get the first option to keep your Fitness Camp spot for another 12 week series. If you decide to try something else or exercise on your own – then your spot is made available to the next person on the waiting list.
4) What else should I do besides the Fitness Camp sessions?
- Fitness Camp is the foundation of your ‘fitness lifestyle’ – adding traditional cardio-vascular exercise such as biking, jogging, power-walking, swimming, etc., especially on the days when you do not have a training session, is a perfect complement to the program. You will also keep a simple journal that we will start at the first training session (a simple notebook is fine).
5) What about nutrition?
- This will be dictated by your goals. Depending on level of need – I may be putting on a series of workshops focused on simple, effective, realistic nutrition management.
6) What will I need to bring to each session?
- A bottle of water, a large towel and a positive attitude.
7) What else should I know?
- The success of Atlas Fitness Camp is directly related to your success. I will do everything I can to ensure you are ‘doing what needs to be done’. All I ask is that you commit to doing right by your self when you are not ‘in training’ with me.
Prepayment (by check) for your 12-week Fitness Camp series is due on or before your first training session.
